On February 11th, 2025, the FOREE project was presented during the 6th edition of the Forest Innovation Workshop by Alexander Pinter from Holzcluster Steiermark. This prestigious two-day event brought together a diverse group of stakeholders, including policymakers, forest owners, practitioners, researchers, associations, and NGOs, fostering dialogue and collaboration in the forest-based sector.
The workshop provided a platform to explore recent innovations in forestry, discuss regional priorities, and promote cross-sector partnerships. The FOREE project’s presentation highlighted its commitment to enhancing digital education in forestry, supporting the technological readiness of forest education centers, and driving policy engagement at national and European levels.
The event was a valuable opportunity to exchange knowledge, gather insights from key industry players, and strengthen cooperation to advance innovation in forest education and sustainable forest management.
